Adecco is assisting a local company recruit for a Warehouse Customer Service role in the Honolulu, HI area. This Admin/Receptionist position is full-time possible temp to hire position with starting pay rate of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering the main phone, sorting mail, and supporting projects in Excel and Word. The role requires strong Microsoft skills, attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail oriented with accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication with clients.
• Customer service focused with ability to assist diverse people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors on arrival.
• Answer main phone and transfer calls as needed.
• Collect, sort, and drop off mail; manage outgoing mail.
• Assist with projects such as scanning, filing, Excel tasks, Word documents, and drafting correspondence.
