Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Transportation Security Officer: Unarmed Airport Patrol Digital Records in Honolulu, HI. The role involves patrolling airport facilities, maintaining a visible security presence, and documenting activities to deter incidents and assist travelers and staff.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $24.25 per hour. Candidates should be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license (where applicable), be fluent in English, and have basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and government personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at airport facilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, public areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas; document and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access points and support authorized entry procedures in accordance with site policies and applicable government regulations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency response activities as directed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
