Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Transportation Security Officer for a full-time role at Honolulu International Airport. You will perform airport patrols, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service to travelers and staff.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, English fluency, and the ability to pass background checks, a drug screen, and a physical exam. Pay is $24.25 per hour with evenings/overnight schedule in Honolulu, HI.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license (where required)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Basic computer knowledge or ability to use a tablet/computer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and airport stakeholders while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, parking facilities, roadways, and other locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, report security concerns and policy violations per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with airport personnel and responders as needed.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and documentation accurately and promptly.
