Job summary

AECOM in Honolulu is seeking a Project Manager to oversee design projects from concept through construction administration. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate staff, and ensure quality while maintaining client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering with 6+ years PM experience, US citizenship, and a hybrid Hawaii work arrangement. AutoCAD/ArcGIS proficiency and PE registration path are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience with PM focus.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary design projects.
• U.S. Citizenship and Hawaii registration eligibility within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget of design projects through lifecycle.
• Plan staffing, report performance, and address scope, schedule, or quality issues.
• Develop client relationships and serve as liaison with the client.
• Provide leadership to project teams and mentorship to junior staff.
• Review contracts and prepare proposals and execution strategies.
