BCG Attorney Search in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate to manage complex disputes from inception through appeal. The ideal candidate will combine strong client service with an entrepreneurial approach to investigations and litigation strategy.

Requirements include 3–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience, excellent writing and case-management skills, and Hawaii admission in good standing. JD degree is mandatory.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Active Hawaii law license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage disputes from inception through trial and appeal.
• Appear and argue in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions with witnesses and experts.
• Draft briefs, pleadings, and motions for trial, arbitration, and appeal.
• Conduct legal research and write memoranda.
• Oversee complex disputes, including discovery and document review.
• Support business development and other litigation-related matters.
