Job summary

EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation in Culpeper, VA is hiring a Honeycomb Production Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM). Starting pay is $18.00/hour, with opportunities to train and grow in a regulated ITAR facility.

Responsibilities include selecting materials, operating expansion tables, dip tanks, ovens, and forklifts; recording data; maintaining safety and quality standards; and keeping a clean work area. Applicants must be U.S. persons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/packaging, or heavy lifting environments (preferred).
• Forklift experience (preferred or willing to be trained).

Responsibilities

• Select and process the correct honeycomb materials per production orders.
• Set up and operate honeycomb expansion tables, dip tanks, and curing/stability ovens.
• Input accurate data into production machinery and scanning systems.
• Operate a forklift safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
