Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Basic math skills required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/packaging, or heavy lifting environments (preferred).
• Forklift experience (preferred or willing to be trained).

Responsibilities

• Select and process the correct honeycomb materials per production orders.
• Set up and operate honeycomb expansion tables, dip tanks, and curing/stability ovens.
• Input accurate data into production machinery and scanning systems.
• Operate a forklift safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Position Summary

The Honeycomb Production Operator is responsible for producing high-quality honeycomb blocks in accordance with production orders and quality standards. This role includes operating production equipment, dip tanks, ovens, and forklifts, completing required documentation, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Employment Type: Regular, Full-Time

Pay Type: Hourly, non-exempt

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and occasional dust
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail
