Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a creative and passionate bartender to join our Food and Beverage team in Utah's Big Cottonwood Canyon. The role focuses on friendly service, classic cocktails, and new beverages while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include countertop service, maintaining bar inventory, and helping guests with information about the resort and area. This is a part-time/seasonal hourly position with Perks and benefits through Alterra Mountain

Qualificações

• Must be professional, friendly, efficient, and outgoing.
• Must keep a clean and organized environment; reliable and punctual.
• Knowledge of or experience with bar equipment and mixing drinks.
• Sips n Tips Certification and Food Handlers Permit are required.

Responsabilidades

• Take and serve food and drink orders using the resort system.
• Create and maintain a comfortable, friendly bar atmosphere.
• Maintain inventory of beer, wine, and liquor.
• Verify IDs for customers under 35 and log BERG numbers daily.
• Balance the cash drawer at end of each shift.
• Assist guests with resort information and local area details.
• Build rapport with travelers, locals, and regulars.

**JOB TITLE:** Bartender**DIVISION:** Food and Beverage**REPORTS TO:** Honeycomb Grill**CLASSIFICATION:** Part-Time/ Seasonal/Hourly **POSITION:**Solitude is seeking out a creative and passionate bartender to join our talented food and beverage team who is interested in working in Utah's charming and sublime Big Cottonwood Canyon. The bartender’s responsibility is to execute excellent communication skills and to serve classic cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages. We are excited to be growing our team and treating our employees to the unique and amazing perks and benefits Solitude Mountain Resort has to offer. **SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:*** Must be professional, friendly, efficient, and outgoing* Must keep a clean and organized environment* Reliable and punctual* Must have knowledge of or experience with bar equipment and mixing drinks* Must be able to work at a quick pace, multi-task, and quickly recall information* Sips n Tips Certification* Food Handlers Permit **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Collect and serve customers food and drink orders using the InfoGenesis system* Create and maintain a comfortable, friendly atmosphere* Ensure customer satisfaction* Maintain a clean and organized bar* Maintain beer, wine, and liquor inventory* Offer recommendations or suggestions* Verify IDs of any customer that appears under the age of 35* Log and track BERG numbers daily (including spillage, “misclicks”, etc.)* Bar-track customer's bar tabs and the Berg system numbers daily* Balance the bank at the end of each shift* Assist guests with information about the resort and local area* Build a good rapport with travelers, locals, and regular patrons **EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT** Solitude Mountain Resort is an equal opportunity employer.
