Job summary

ChampionX, now part of SLB, seeks a Hone Operator for 2nd shift in Crowley, TX. You will produce barrels using saws, CNCs, hones, and inspection steps, while applying Lean principles to ensure high-quality results and safety compliance.

You will cross-train across equipment, participate in daily team meetings and Continuous Improvement activities, and support overtime as needed. Prior manufacturing experience and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and prints.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate saws, straighteners, CNC equipment, hones, paint equipment and inspection tools.
• Follow Lean manufacturing principles and participate in Continuous Improvement.
• Rotate across processes and train on multiple machines.
