Job summary

Thrive Aviation is seeking a Captain to lead safe, efficient operations on the HondaJet HA-420. You will be PIC responsible for decision-making, crew leadership, and delivering a premium customer experience while complying with FAA regulations and Thrive standards.

Candidates must have 3,000 hours total, 1,500 PIC, 500 turbine hours, ATP, and a valid FAA Medical. The role requires strong communication, coaching FO, and adaptability to irregular schedules and multi-day trips.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly complete preflight planning and checklists; verify passenger identification before boarding.
• Anticipate customer needs in a close-quarters environment and consistently exceed expectations.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with crew, dispatch, maintenance, administration, and leadership.
• Operate in full compliance with FAA regulations, Thrive’s GOM, operations specifications, and departmental procedures.
• Adapt to irregular schedules, short-notice calls, and occasional flight cancellations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or senior leadership.

What You’ll Do
