Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Missoula is hiring a Honda Powersports Sales Representative who can help customers select motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides for work, play, or daily riding. We provide paid training and a path to a long-term career.

• Build lasting relationships with first-time buyers and lifelong Honda riders
• Stay current on new models, promotions, and financing options
• Meet sales goals and work as a team in a fast-paced showroom

• Working knowledge of Honda's motorcycle, ATV, and side‑side lineup
• Sales experience helpful but not required; we'll train the right person
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
• Goal-oriented and quick to learn
• Valid driver's license and a professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen
