Job summary

Young Powersports Missoula is seeking a Dirt Bike Sales Representative who loves riding and can guide customers from beginners to racers. You will help riders choose the right bike and gear, share knowledge of brands and disciplines, and thrive in a team-driven showroom environment.

No prior sales background is required; paid training is provided. If you ride and connect with customers, this role fits you. Expect benefits and career growth within a family-focused group.

Qualifications

• Real passion for dirt bikes and off-road riding.
• Knowledge of dirt bike brands, models, and riding disciplines.
• Sales experience helpful but not required; we'll train the right person.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality.

Responsibilities

• Match riders of every age and skill level with the right dirt bike.
• Explain differences between engine types, riding disciplines, and brands.
• Recommend riding gear, protection, and performance parts.
• Build relationships with riders, tracks, and clubs; stay current on new models, promotions, and financing.
• Meet sales goals and work as a team in a fast-paced showroom.

Young Powersports Missoula is hiring a Dirt Bike Sales Representative.. Motocross, enduro, single track, hare scrambles, or dual-sport adventures across Montana: if you know the difference between a 250F and a 300 two-stroke and can help a rider pick the right one, this is your job.

You don't need a sales background. We'll teach you how to sell with paid training from our internal training team. We need someone who rides, knows the brands and disciplines, and can connect with everyone from a parent buying a first pit bike to a racer chasing a podium.

• Knowledge of dirt bike brands, models, and riding disciplines (motocross, enduro, trail, dual-sport)
• Sales experience helpful but not required; we'll train the right person

• Valid driver's license and a professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
