Qualifications

• A genuine enthusiasm for Honda powersports and riding.
• Knowledge of Honda motorcycle/ATV/side-by-side lineup.
• Sales experience helpful but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication and a friendly, confident personality.
• Valid driver's license and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose the right Honda motorcycle, ATV, or side‑by‑side for work, trail, track, or street.
• Explain what sets Honda apart, from reliability and engineering to features like DCT and automatic transmissions.
• Build lasting relationships with first-time buyers and lifelong Honda riders.
• Stay current on new models, promotions, and financing options.
• Meet sales goals and work as a team in a fast-paced showroom.
