Germain Honda of Naples is seeking an Experienced Service Technician/Honda Master Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain Honda vehicles at our Naples, FL service drive. You will use OEM specifications and Honda tools to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, while documenting all work performed with high accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold Honda Master Technician certification or equivalent experience, demonstrate strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, and communicate well with teammates

Qualifications

• Valid Honda Master Technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience servicing Honda vehicles in a dealership or automotive service environment.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills; ability to interpret manuals and automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair Honda vehicles using OEM specifications and tools.
• Perform scheduled maintenance: oil changes, brake repairs, tires, inspections.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs.
• Ensure safety standards and dealership policies during repair procedures.
