Germain Honda of Naples is seeking an Experienced Service Technician/Honda Master Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair Honda vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Honda Master Technician certification (or equivalent), have proven Honda service experience, and capable diagnostic and mechanical skills. You will collaborate with service advisors, keep detailed records, and uphold safety and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Honda Master Technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience servicing Honda vehicles in a dealership or service environment.
• Ability to interpret manuals and automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair Honda vehicles.
• Perform scheduled maintenance: oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, inspections.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

• Perform diagnostic examinations and repairs on Honda vehicles using OEM specifications and tools.
• Execute scheduled maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, and system inspections.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Honda Master Technician or equivalent experience.
