New Construction is complete on our state-of-the-Art Express Service Building, and we need high-quality Express Lube Technicians to fill several positions! We are looking for bright, motivated, and energetic professionals to join our world-class team. Our dealership emphasizes teamwork, and we strive to be the best for our customers. We are currently seeking a Express Service Lube Technician Trainee to join our team!

FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

Responsibilities

1. Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
2. Work with a mentor to learn how to change oil and filters, rotate and balance tires.
3. Complete multi-point inspections, including walk-around videos and taking pictures of filters, etc.
4. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed and provide estimates for repairs.

Qualifications

1. Must have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screening.
2. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
3. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
5. Good communication skills, both oral and written, with internal and external customers.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Basic computer knowledge.
9. Comfortable sitting, standing, and walking for long periods.
10. Professional demeanor.
