New Construction is complete on our state-of-the-Art Express Service Building, and we need high-quality Express Lube Technicians to fill several positions! We are looking for bright, motivated, and energetic professionals to join our world-class team. Our dealership emphasizes teamwork and strives to provide the best service to our customers. We are currently seeking a Express Service Lube Technician Trainee to join our team!

FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

Responsibilities

1. Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
2. Work with a mentor to learn how to change oil and filters, rotate and balance tires.
3. Complete multi-point inspections, perform walk-around videos, and take pictures of filters, etc.
4. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed and provide estimates for repairs.

Qualifications

1. Must have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screening.
2. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
3. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Effective prioritization and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with internal and external customers.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Basic computer knowledge.
8. Comfortable sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
9. Professional demeanor.
