Job Location: Headquarter Honda - Clermont, FL

Description

The primary job duties include developing relationships with customers, discussing their vehicle preferences, showing suitable cars, and explaining pricing and financing options. The goal is to provide a positive sales experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Sales representatives also develop and pursue leads when not assisting walk-in customers.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Factory training on the product line and sales process
  • Follow the established Sales Process from Greeting to Delivery
  • Answer customer questions honestly and transparently
  • Complete quotes, follow up via email/voicemail, and handle administrative tasks and paperwork
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Scores
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be coachable and eager to succeed. Experience can range from entry-level to experienced sales, with automotive sales experience being a plus.

  • Previous experience in automotive, inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing sales preferred
  • Outgoing personality capable of building trust
  • Basic math, computer, and internet skills are advantageous
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Adherence to dress code and tobacco-free policies
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
