Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 4-12. As a Homework Café Teacher, you’ll support students in our homework hubs and social spaces while partnering with teachers and families to personalize learning.

You’ll monitor progress, differentiate instruction, and foster social-emotional development. The role emphasizes growth, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development in a high-energy campus environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to support students with a wide range of assignments.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Skilled with technology and open to learning new tools.

Responsibilities

WhatYou’llDo:
