Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for our Columbia, SC property. You will oversee daily operations, shape sales strategies, and drive financial performance while ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Lead a team, manage systems and budgets, and build strong relationships with owners and community leaders to elevate the guest experience and drive accountability across departments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive hotel experience, or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience, or a 2-year degree with 5–6 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state
