Job summary

Colorado Early Colleges Home School Academy seeks an Enrichment Teacher to deliver scheduled classes and align instruction with the school's philosophy. You will develop curriculum, create lesson plans, and design activities connecting coursework to real life.

You will assess progress, adjust teaching methods, and maintain records in Infinite Campus, while communicating with families and participating in staff meetings for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an approved teaching field.
• Colorado teaching license endorsement, or 36 credential hours in core subjects.
• Passing score on a State Board of Education approved content exam (Praxis).

Responsibilities

• Upholds CEC's beliefs and delivers instruction aligned with the academy's philosophy.
• Develops curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials to demonstrate real-life applications.
• Assesses student learning and adapts instructional methods accordingly.
• Maintains safe classroom environment and manages attendance and grading records.
• Communicates with students and families; participates in staff meetings and professional development.
