We are building a brand that is defining the industry, and we are seeking a talented Technical Team Lead, Software Engineer to join our team in Arlington, VA. You will impact highly visible web applications serving millions of users.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university.
2. Proven commitment to previous employers.
3. 10+ years of development experience.
4. Experience with web-based and database technologies.
5. Strong skills in web development, backend APIs, and troubleshooting.
6. Proficiency with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server.
7. Experience in Agile Scrum environments and continuous delivery.
8. Knowledge of automated testing processes.
9. Strong project management and communication skills.
10. Ability to motivate and build high-performance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 1+ years of team leadership experience.
2. Familiarity with .NET, C#, Java, AWS services (EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, RDS, SQS, Aurora, Lambda).
3. Experience with Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis, Elastic Search.
4. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a bonus.
