Job summary

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) is seeking up to two full-time, permanent Program Compliance Administrator positions in the Homeownership Division to manage in-house programs and guide loan file reviews.

The role focuses on daily workflow, policy development, and ensuring IRS and state program compliance, while coordinating with lenders, realtors, and investors. The position combines telework with weekly on-site work in Seattle and requires WA residency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience as loan processor/underwriter with FHA/VA/USDA.
• Advanced mortgage software and loan reservation system skills.

Responsibilities

• Review pre- and post-purchase loan files for compliance.
• Monitor daily loan reservations and purchases.
• Provide lender support and training on loan programs and compliance.
• Develop policy and process improvements for homeownership programs.
