Job summary

K. Hovnanian® Homes in Edison, NJ is seeking a Service Coordinator who will work directly with homeowners to handle service requests promptly and professionally. You will assess situations, perform minor repairs, and arrange work with trade partners and vendors to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, is computer proficient, and may have a Bachelor's degree. The role offers hourly pay with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must be computer proficient or able to learn scheduling tools.
• Bachelor's degree a plus.
