Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. The Project Coordinator role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner.

They will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Solid data entry skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Signature Service to homeowners.
• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files.
• Schedule measures, installation dates, and reminder calls.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to resolve paperwork issues and change orders.
• Send post-installation surveys and resolve any issues after installation.
