Job summary

Elara Caring is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in Lawrence, MA. Most visits are 1–3 hours, with variability in weekly hours based on client needs and availability. Competitive pay with Daily Pay options, paid training, and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, and errands. Certification levels include Homemaker, Personal Care, HHA, or CNA; reliable transportation and willingness to travel

Urgently Hiring

Pay: $20.00 – $22.58/hr, based on certification and documented experience

Availability Needed: Monday – Friday, Time Frame: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Most client visits are 1–3 hours, and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day. Weekly hours depend on client needs, your availability, and your service area. Full-time hours may not be available immediately.

What You'll Do

• Companionship and household support
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

What We're Looking For

Candidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level:

• Homemaker: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate
• Personal Care: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate.
• HHA: Qualifying Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License.
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfortable traveling between client homes for short visits
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing in‑home care
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
