Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids, MN seeks a friendly Homemaker to join the Assisted Living team. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment and assist with daily resident needs, contributing to a warm, welcoming home.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, punctual and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, including mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Escort residents to and from meals and scheduled activities
• Assist with laundry services
• Observe and report any environmental or safety concerns
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
