This position is responsible for the care and well-being of elderly person/persons in the home setting through the routine maintenance of the household. The homemaker will perform necessary light household tasks, cooking, running errands, shopping and occasional bill paying for the client/clients.

• Maintains household for elderly client/clients to the maximum extent possible to allow for independence and prevention of institutionalization.
• Provides essential homemaking services for clients, as assigned.
• Provides assistance with personal bill paying, as needed.

• Displays an interest and enthusiasm in on-going Agency sponsored development activities; supports company efforts with consistent participation and attendance.
• Performs on the job to the best of ability at all times.

• Interacts with agency personnel to facilitate positive, productive relationships.
