Open Door Mission is seeking a Homelessness Prevention Specialist for the Timberlake Outreach Center in Omaha. This full-time role involves helping stock and organize the outreach center, checking in consumers, and building relationships with volunteers.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and a willingness to share Christian faith as opportunities arise.

Perform all duties around the Council Bluffs Outreach Center and the Timberlake Outreach Center, as directed. Build relationships with volunteers in an effort to retain them. Facilitate stocking the outreach center and pantry. Check in consumers at the front desk. Our Timberlake and Council Bluffs Outreach Centers providesfree clothing, shoes, toys, household items, diapers, and client-choice food pantries.Additionally, it collects community donations, which are used to stock the shelves in this site as well as our other outreach locations.
