Job summary

Washington County is seeking a Homeless System Planning and Evaluation Manager to lead long-range system planning, evaluation, and data quality across shelter, outreach, housing, and care programs. The position manages a 3–4 supervisor team and 10–12 staff, with emphasis on HMIS, analytics, and continuous improvement to meet federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required (or Bachelor's with 5 years of relevant experience).
• Experience overseeing evaluation of programs and data quality management.

Responsibilities
