Job DetailsJob Location: Columbus, OH 43215Southeast Healthcare has been awarded a new grant in collaboration with The City of Columbus to strengthen outreach to unsheltered residents with the highest needs, with repeated interactions with first responders who often experience mental health and/or substance use challenges. This initiative supports a broader strategy to stabilize housing for all residents and reduce strain on emergency and outreach systems.
Monday through Friday: 11am to 8pm.
