Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare scheduling or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with HIPAA and medical terminology
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule homecare services for clients, including nursing, therapy, and personal care
• Maintain accurate records of client schedules and ensure proper documentation
• Communicate with clients and families to understand needs and follow care plans
• Monitor caregiver availability and assign appropriate caregivers
• Collaborate with nursing and billing to ensure needs are met and services billed
• Provide support to caregivers and clients and address concerns
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Other duties as assigned
