Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide 1:1 homecare in the Worcester, MA area. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient connections, and a balanced lifestyle with flexible full-time, part-time, or per diem scheduling.

Applicants must hold an active MA RN license, BLS/CPR, and a current health screening. Prior homecare experience is preferred, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current health screening (PPD or chest X-ray).
• One year of RN experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
• Perform skilled nursing interventions based on patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring effectiveness.
• Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teams.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers to support independence.
• Coordinate care and assist with discharge planning when appropriate.
