Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 homecare in Sterling, MA. Day Shifts 6p-6a, full-time, part-time or per diem, with comprehensive benefits and strong clinical support. This role offers autonomy and meaningful connections with patients and families.

Required are an active MA RN license, current BLS/CPR, and health screening; one year of RN experience is preferred. Enjoy flexible scheduling and a supportive homecare environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current health screening (PPD or chest X-ray).
• One year RN experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical experience are encouraged to apply).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
• Perform skilled nursing interventions based on patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring effectiveness.
• Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teams.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers to support independence.
• Coordinate care and assist with discharge planning when appropriate.
