Care Options for Kids is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. In this role, you’ll deliver skilled nursing with autonomy, building trusted relationships with the child and family, in a calm home environment.

You will be supported by a strong clinical team and offered comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and career advancement opportunities. This position offers weekly pay and flexible scheduling in Florida.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person) required.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
• TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QFT) required.
• Alzheimer's training — 2 hour DOEA approved course provided at no cost if needed.
• DOEA Alzheimer’s video provided free of cost on DOEA website.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Build consistent relationships with child and family.
• Deliver skilled nursing with autonomy and confidence in a calm home setting.
• Follow CDC-aligned safety procedures and use provided PPE.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team and access 24/7 clinical support.

Requirements

• Current, active Florida RN license
