Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in Florida to provide focused, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home. You will support pediatric patients with high acuity needs while building trusted relationships with families and exercising clinical judgment in a calm, controlled setting.

In this role, autonomy and continuity of care are valued, with strong support from a dedicated clinical team and ongoing training to ensure safe, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Florida RN license (current, active) required.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person) required.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QFT) required.
• Alzheimer’s training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course provided at no cost if needed.
• Alzheimer's DOEA Video available on DOEA website.

Requirements
