Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. You will work with high-acuity pediatric patients in their homes, using your clinical judgment to provide safe, skilled nursing under supportive supervision.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, thrive in autonomy, and follow CDC-aligned safety practices to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
• TB skin test or TB blood test; Alzheimer's training available

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing
• Use clinical judgment with confidence in a calm home setting
• Build consistent relationships with child and family
• Deliver skilled nursing with clinical support as needed

Requirements

• Current, active Florida RN license
