Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home health care in Merritt Island, FL. This role offers focused, one-on-one patient care with RN support and clinical leadership involvement.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care per care plans, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety with CDC-aligned practices. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN license is required.
• Current BLS CPR certification is required (in-person issued).
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) is required.
• Alzheimer's training - 2 hour DOEA approved course provided if needed.

Available Shifts: Sunday through Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Current, active Florida LPN license
