Care Options for Kids is seeking an LPN to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in Florida. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled care in the home, ensuring safety and consistency for every patient.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification is required and must be obtained in-person.
• TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF) is required.
• Alzheimer's training – 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course provided at no cost if needed.
• DOEA Alzheimer's Video provided free of cost on DOEA website.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health care focusing on skilled nursing.
