Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Apollo Beach is seeking a HomeCare Community Liaison Sales Professional to build relationships with healthcare professionals, families and caregivers in the community, promote our services, and raise visibility in the local area.

You will conduct sales calls, presentations and training, provide guidance to families and providers, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HOMECARE EXPERIENCE
• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and training sessions to promote our services and educate stakeholders about the value of our care
• Provide expert guidance and support to families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to address their unique needs and concerns
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services and grow our market share
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and seamless delivery of care
