Altra Homecare Group in Greenfield, IN is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to clients in our local community. No prior experience required; we’ll train you. You’ll assist with personal care, meal support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and mobility, while building meaningful relationships.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders (no administration)
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Support safe movement and transfers
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation
• Follow care plans and document observations
• Keep home safe, clean, and comfortable

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
