• Assist clients with personal care routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

• Complete light housekeeping tasks and laundry.
• Support safe movement, transfers, and mobility throughout the home.
• Offer reliable companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain thorough documentation.
• Ensure the home remains a safe, clean, and comfortable space.
