Job summary

Abcor Home Health, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers in Bolingbrook, IL to provide in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation, while ensuring client safety and comfort.

Mileage and travel time are reimbursed, and flexible schedules are offered. Responsibilities include transporting clients to appointments, documenting tasks in our home care app, and reporting changes to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or minimum 1 year of caregiving employment experience.
• Willing to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid drivers license, and auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal prep.
• Transport and escort clients to appointments and outings.
• Document daily service tasks via our home care application.
• Report changes in client condition to the branch supervisor.
• Complete annual in-service training and quarterly conferences with the branch supervisor.
• Provide receipts and documentation for essential shopping/errands.
