Responsibilities

• Call new homebuyers shortly after their home inspection.
• Understand each customer's move timeline and needs.
• Educate customers on options and give honest recommendations.
• Coordinate utilities, internet, movers, and home security for customers.
• Process orders accurately and follow through to completion.
• Manage follow-ups by phone, text, and email.
