Job summary

Mungo Homes is seeking a seasoned sales trainer to join our Corporate Team Development department. You will create and facilitate training programs—virtual and in-person—to empower sales leaders and reps.

Key tasks include refining curricula, collaborating with teammates, and producing training materials and LMS content. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in homebuilding sales are required; Jeff Shore training expertise preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional related experience.
• Minimum 2 years homebuilding sales experience.
• Jeff Shore Consulting Sales Training expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate virtual and in-person training programs.
• Help create and refine training programs to support sales leaders and sales teams.
• Collaborate with other training team members to generate engaging ideas.
• Develop training outlines, guides and workbooks for sales processes and leadership.
• Create instructional training micro-skill videos and LMS content.
• Produce continuing education eblasts and follow-up resources.
