Job summary

NVR, the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes, is seeking a Sales and Settlement Administrator in Cleveland to support the construction division and maintain smooth operations.

You will enter accurate data for options and contracts, monitor sale progress, coordinate settlement dates with lenders and title companies, and help with documentation and communications for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office and/or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of the administrative team.
• Sales & settlement processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry for new home options and contracts.
• Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the new construction pipeline.
• Interact with customers, scheduling settlement dates and communicating updates.
• Prepare settlement documentation and coordinate with lenders, attorneys and title companies for settlement related details.
• Support the administrative needs for the construction side of our business.
