Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Program Supervisor for HomeBase services at 209 Bay Street, Staten Island. The role reports to the Program Manager and focuses on building professional client relationships, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; staff performance appraisals; and general correspondence.
• Ability to write and critique client assessments, service plans, progress notes, and recommendations.
• Capable of applying fractions, decimals, and percentages to real-world scenarios.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software, spreadsheets, internet software, and database management systems.
• Experience supervising two or more positions, including interviewing, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and addressing issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients while upholding confidentiality.
• Understand contract requirements and communicate this to staff.
• Ensure client and program files meet funder standards and CAMBA QA protocols.
• Plan and organize activities to meet contract goals and targets.
• Enhance collaboration among direct reports and peers.
• Diagnose issues and make decisions within authority and policy.
• Conduct weekly case conferences to monitor client progress.
• Submit required weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management/funders.
• Provide direct client service and program duties as needed.
• Adjust tasks as needed over time.
