Valor in Martinsburg, WV is seeking full-time Class A drivers for a dedicated regional account with home time every week. Routes cover MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV, and DC, with most freight being no-touch.

Pay ranges from 0.57 to 0.67 CPM, about $1,500 to $1,900 weekly, depending on miles. Detention, stop pay, and occasional live unload pay apply. Benefits start after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching and PTO. Night runs are required and home time is weekly.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience
• CDL must be from your state of residency
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in 12 months

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated home-weekly regional route across MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV, DC
• Live or drop-and-hook freight with occasional detention pay ($20/hr) for live unloads
• Most freight is no-touch (95%), 1–2 stops per week with $55 per stop when touched
• Night driving required; 34-hour reset not guaranteed on weekends
• Truck may be taken home if a secure parking spot is available
