Job summary

Valor seeks Class A drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable experience for a Dedicated Home Weekly role. Regional routes cover MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV, and DC with drivers going home weekly. Expect 95% no-touch freight; occasional paid touch at $55 per stop or $20/hr for live unloads.

Earnings range $1,500–$1,900 weekly, with full benefits after 60 days. Must be 21+, CDL from current residency, and meet safety/discipline criteria. Night runs required; 34-hour reset not guaranteed on weekends.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years and no more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months.
• May have Two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years except those with major traffic violation or major accidents.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years and can not have been terminated from last job for ANY reason.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A trucks on regional routes MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV, and DC.
• Deliver freight with 95% no touch, 1–2 times per week with pay for touch or detentions.
• Earn $1500–$1900 per week; $.57–$.67 CPM depending on experience.
