Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable experience. This full-time position requires you to be 21+, with a state-issued CDL and clean driving record. You will operate in the MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV, and DC region, with weekly home time and night drives. Most freight is no touch; occasional live unloads may apply with detention pay.

Expect 34-hour resets when possible, and potential pay for stops or live unloads. Benefits begin after 60 days."

Qualifications

Drivers must be 21 and have 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience. This does not count time with a trainer or at driving school
CDL MUST BE FROM YOUR STATE OF CURRENT RESIDENCY
No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years and no more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months including 15+, reckless, using handheld
May have Two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years except those with major traffic violation or major accidents such as rear end, rollover or jack-knife
May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years and can not have been terminated from last job for ANY reason and go off what carrier reports

Responsibilities

Drive routes MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV, and DC area with home weekly.
May be home weekly; night driving required; 34-hour reset not guaranteed on weekends.
Freight is 95% no touch; occasional live unload with detention or stop pay.
Drop and hook operations; 1–2 times per week touch freight at $55/stop when applicable.
Majority of freight is drop and hook; rest for touchpay described.
